Twinkle Twinkle.... Traffic Light?

Sarah and I went to our first lap sit at playgroup today. Sarah fell asleep on the way there and woke up after we were done, but I figure going through the motions now might help me in the future. It was great to watch Audrey and Sammy Jo sing the songs and listen to the librarian read some fun books. I was surprised to learn a new version of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star while I was there. It goes like this:

Twinkle Twinkle Traffic Light
Sitting on the corner bright
Red means STOP
Green means GO
Yellow means to take it SLOW

Sitting on the corner bright

All I can say is that we definitely live in the city. Sarah might be a little off with the kids songs when we get together with the cousins, but that's OK too. I love reading books to Sarah. Yesterday I read her part of "You are Mine" - one of the "You are Special" books. Roger caught us with the camera...
