Sarah's Baby Blessing

I'm trying to be better about blogging, but alas I am no better a blogger than I am a journaler. Here's for being a couple of weeks behind for this post!

Roger blessed Sarah during our Utah trip in May. It was great to be surrounded by family. I'm going to admit we almost didn't make it in time for the blessing. Good thing I had connections (my dad is bishop). Fun facts about her blessing attire.
* Grandma Linda made her the perfect blessing gown (which at 3 months fit perfectly!)


* Auntie Katie made her blessing blanket


* Aunt Heather gave her a blessing bracelet


* Great Grandma Gretchen gave her booties to wear


* Mommy and Aunt Heather made her a head wrap/flower to wear. (Auntie Em helped mommy find the stuff.)



All in all it was a really special day for us. Rog is such a great daddy and we sure love being around such fun family members!
