Visiting Ava

Sarah and I made the much anticipated journey to the East Bay this week to visit 8 week old Ava and her mommy Liz. Isn't Ava ADORABLE! I could eat her up. I worked with Liz before taking my permanent maternity leave into motherhood. Liz was just over her first trimester when I had Sarah. And it is amazing how time flies. Here are some fun pictures we took at their home. As you can tell by the blurry photographs, Sarah was so excited to see Ava - she couldn't sit still. I loved watching Sarah get to know Ava. They are going to be best buddies.

As Liz pointed out that even though they seem so different in age right now in a couple of years 6 months isn't going to make a bit of difference.
