Happy Thanksgiving!

Can I just say how much I LOVE Thanksgiving. Good food, good friends, good family, good food, good stories, good football ... Did I mention the food is sooooooo good? I have to say Thanksgiving is definitely one of my favorite holidays. I love this time of year. Autumn leaves, crisp mornings ... OK so maybe I'm reminiscing as there aren't many changing leaves and the early mornings don't produce frost on the windshields. And I love how it is a time to remember to be thankful. One of my favorite Thanksgiving messages of all time is a talk given by Elder Wirthlin entitled
"Live in Thanksgiving Daily" I was in my last semester at Brigham Young University and it really hit me. It is the recipe for true happiness.

I am so thankful for my little family - for a wonderful husband who adores me and takes care of me. And for a beautiful little daughter who makes my heart melt with every smile, laugh and squeal. I am thankful for my parents, my siblings and my extended family. I am thankful for friends who look out for me. (Thanks again Lisa for dinner!) I am thankful for a roof over my head, food on my table and a parking space for my car. We are truly blessed!
