Sarah turned 10 months old yesterday. I can't believe she'll be one in two months. How fast time flies. Since it's Christmastime I decided to use the letter "C" in describing her accomplishments. I know what "C" word you're thinking - CHEESY.
* She's a cruiser. Sarah can go from one end of the couch to the other end on her feet. She hasn't ventured away from support as of yet but I'm sure it is only a matter of time. The closest she'll get is by grabbing onto Roger's or my fingers and walk across the room.
* She crawls SUPER fast. I definitely have to be more aware of where I am stepping. One second she's across the room and the next she is near my feet.
* She's a great climber. She likes to pull herself up on EVERYTHING. The poor thing has discovered that sometimes you slip and bonk your head. I know I can't protect her from everything, but it's still sad to see her give me the look that says "Why did you let that happen to me?" and then see the goose-egg form.
* She's quite the chatterbox. This girl can babble like the best of them. I love it.
*She likes to chuck things overboard. I think one of my least favorite children books is OVERBOARD. Who needs a book to teach their child to toss things? Sarah loves to find a box of items and proceed to empty the items from the box. I'm thinking blocks might be a good gift after all...
* She's a little chewer. Who needs a puppy? My favorite is when she puts a sock in her mouth and crawls to me.
* She's the cutest in the world! Just look at her picture. It doesn't get cuter.
I LOVE that picture and that bear is super CUTE too!! We are very excited to see you and hope she travels better this time than last. :)
ReplyDeleteShe is a real cutie-pie! I would also like to add charasmatic, charming, clever, classy and choice!

ReplyDeleteShe really is the cutest thing, along with my Sarah. I'm so impressed with how you've been keeping up your blog even with all the things you have going on.
