Friends and such

Sarah loves her friend Joe. This morning she was saying his name over and over. I texted Jen to see if she and Joe could come visit for a little while. They obliged. Sarah loves her friend.

A few days ago, Joe and Sarah had fun playing on the piano together. They are going to be playing concert duets before we know it!

Last night we watched Jane while her parents went to the temple. Jane is turning 7 this month and she and Sarah had the BEST time ever. They played with the blocks and little people for quite a while and then Sarah started tickling Jane. Next thing I knew, they were running all over the apartment trying to "get" each other. (This made both girls super thirsty and tired.)

Jane was a great example for Sarah at dinner time as well. Sarah ate most of her Quesadilla because Jane ate her own. I'm excited for Sarah to become a big sister and play with Will. (Yes, I know it will be at least a year or so before they can really play, but I'm excited none-the-less.

  1. OK ... I've been out of commission for awhile ... so thoughts on a few things: I MUST come to the museum before we move. I knew there'd be a massive crowd when it opened, so. SECOND, I'm not going to mention to Lane you went to the Dodger game. He'd be super jealous. He's currently in the other room analyzing everything about the playoff game. I must call you to arrange a time to play together before I leave the area.

  3. Yep, it is great having two kids and watching the older one play with and take care of the baby. I'm sure Sarah will surprise you with how sweet and thoughtful she'll be toward her little brother.
Hope you're feeling well--you're getting so close now! :-)
