Helping Daddy

Sarah LOVES to help out - especially when it involves helping Daddy. She was quite the helper in washing and spinning the lettuce on Friday night. (Anything to prolong going to bed, right?)

Sarah had eaten dinner earlier - the lettuce was for Mommy & Daddy's dinner of Mexican Salad.


Mexican Salad
Combine:
1 head Romaine Lettuce (chopped)
½ can Black Beans
½ can Corn
½ c. Broken Corn Chips
1 Tomato (diced)
½ Avocado (diced)
1/3 c. Mozzarella Cheese

Coat with:
1/3 c. Ranch Dressing (to taste)
