On Saturday, Rog, Sarah and I headed down to AT&T Park to watch the Giants take on the LA Dodgers. Rog was a HUGE Dodgers fan growing up (probably not quite the fan I was in regards to the Jazz, but still a fan nonetheless).
I was super excited that the "12-month dress" Natalie gave Roger (for Sarah to wear) for Christmas in 2006 worked out perfectly as a shirt. YIPPEE!

It was a fairly good game and the Dodgers won 2-1. However, it wasn't the most "fun" game I've ever been to. Usually, when we get company tickets they are for low-profile teams and there is definitely a "home crowd." This time there were just as many Dodgers fans as there were Giants fans (I admit, we were part of the guilty party.) The energy of the crowd really wasn't the same.
Sarah didn't seem to notice though. She had a great time clapping when the people around her clapped. My favorite though was that she would say "Uh oh ... mess!" when people would boo some of the players. It was super cute. All-in-all it was a fun day. It will be fun taking Sarah and Will next year to a game.
i remember going to a ball game with you. that was cool-even though sarah couldn't say "uh oh...mess" yet ;)
