This morning Jennie and I walked just over two miles and at about our half-way mark we reached the Lyon Street steps. Jennie asked if I wanted to go down and back up the stairs. "Hmmmm ... not really," I thought. But since we were going on the walk for exercise I thought it might be good to include her suggestion in our new routine. I didn't think I would survive as well as I did. However, I made it down the steps without tripping over my feet and I climbed the steps back to the top without losing too much oxygen. Jennie was the pace setter (and my inspiration). Here's for losing the roundness!

Round, Square, Rectangle, Triangle??
Yes round is a shape. And it's a lovely shape of a woman who is carrying a precious baby for 9 months. But since my baby has been out of my tummy for 5 months, round isn't the shape I am going for.
